Apostle D. L. Wallace is born a native of Pittsburgh, PA., where he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1985 completing his dual major in Bachelors Degree in Political Science and History within three (3) years. After obtaining his bachelor's degrees, Apostle Wallace went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law and immediately obtained his Masters at Letters of Law in Taxation and Commerce from the Dickenson College of Law in 1991. Apostle Wallace accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of eighteen and heard the Lord call him into service at age twenty-six. Since that time, Apostle Wallace has devoted his life to becoming a dedicated servant of the Most-High God.

In 1991, Apostle Wallace moved to Atlanta, Georgia and has served in numerous roles in a number of ministries in the Atlanta area. Apostle Wallace has been used by the Lord to establish various leadership structures, prison and outreach ministries, and Churches. It was prevalent early in his walk that he was called to build leaders and establish churches for God. From all the churches he served, his was always building, teaching and establishing.

In 1997, the Lord called Apostle Wallace to serve as the Founding Primate of Greater Deliverance Christian Ministries (GDCM), which was later renamed Greater Deliverance Global MInistries (GDGM) in Atlanta, Georgia. The based ministry founded to build and strengthen ministries and build effective leaders who will bring God’s order and presence back to Churches and Ministries in the United States and abroad. Under GDGM Apostle Wallace has founded the Greater Deliverance Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit community development corporation for the purpose of establishing affordable housing and economic opportunity to those society has left behind and Greater Deliverance Global Ministries for the purpose developing and strengthening ministries in third world countries.

Apostle Wallace currently oversees more than 600 churches and ministries in the United States and abroad and has been commissioned to plant over 28 additional churches in the United States. Apostle Wallace is a noted author focusing his efforts on authoring books and reference materials designed to strengthen local churches and ministries, concentrating on leadership.

In 2006, after a mandate from God, Apostle Wallace established the leadership group Training Effective Apostolic Ministries (T.E.A.M.). T.E.A.M. is dedicated to the training and equipping of the five-fold ministry gifts to help those called of God to achieve their full potential in Christ and fulfill their God-ordained destinies.

In 2009, God instructed Apostle Wallace to reach out to more people across the world through an amazingly simple tool called Facebook. Through Facebook, he has birthed a number of new groups, The Inner Sanctum, The Gathering, TEAM, IADM and more. This tool has given him the ability to touch the lives of millions all over the world. On a regular basis, those young and old in ministry are seeking him for an apostolic covering; seeking guidance on opening churches; growing their churches, improving the leadership of their current church and etc.

One of Apostle Wallace’s greatest gifts is to discern the will of God and where God is taking the Church. He has an embedded desire to please God and to do only His will. The mission God gave him for the Church is to anoint, train and equip men and women of God to become effective leaders in the body of Christ and to empower them to reclaim that which was lost. Apostle Wallace took this mission seriously and it is what he does on a daily basis…birth and equips leaders. Apostle Wallace is truly doing the work that Jesus called us ALL to do and that is to make disciples of all nations. At any given time you will find him training disciples to be like Christ. Apostle Wallace is not only making disciples but equipping them to go out and establish churches to make more disciples all around the world. To go out and teach the Good News, teach the truth and uncompromising Word of God.
